- Greet visitors and ensures proper sign-in procedure and issue visitor badge.
- Answer all incoming and internal telephone calls and direct to appropriate parties/extensions.
- Provide tours with necessary paperwork and notify Marketing staff.
- Give breaks to main concierge for the AM and PM shift
- Call managers when visitors are in the lobby.
- Ensure that there is orderly traffic in the lobby area.
- Observe lobby and report any area that needs attention to appropriate staff.
- Maintain and update Marketing Brochures, Hand Outs and other files.
- Make copies, file, and complete other tasks as assigned.
Must possess a friendly and warm personality. Must be able to clearly communicate with residents, families and visitors.
