Regional/Multi-Site Safety Leadership
Join an established electrical contractor in a key regional safety leadership role responsible for supporting multiple operations, leading and developing Safety Managers, and driving consistent safety performance across electrical construction projects.
This position goes beyond traditional site-level safety management. The Regional Safety Manager will partner with operational and corporate leadership to strengthen electrical safety programs, develop safety professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze performance trends, and drive consistent safety expectations across multiple projects and teams.

7-10 years of progressive safety leadership experience
Prior experience managing, leading, or developing Safety Managers or other safety professionals
Experience providing safety leadership across multiple projects, locations, or operational teams
Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and occupational safety regulations
Electrical construction or electrical contractor safety experience
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical construction operations
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational SafetyHealth, Environmental HealthSafety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent professional safety credential
OSHA 500 or OSHA 510
NFPA 70E knowledge and electrical safety program experience
Experience leading multi-site or regional safety programs

Provide regional safety leadership across multiple electrical construction projects and operational teams

Lead, coach, mentor, and support Safety Managers to strengthen individual and team performance

Partner with operations, project leadership, and corporate leadership to develop and execute safety strategies

Drive consistent implementation of electrical construction safety programs across projects

Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Conduct and oversee jobsite audits, inspections, field observations, and risk assessments
-
Support electrical hazard identification and safe work planning
-
Provide leadership around Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous-energy control, and electrical safe work practices

Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation

Analyze leading and lagging safety indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop and deliver safety training for field personnel, supervision, and leadership

Promote proactive hazard recognition and pre-task planning
-
Advise project teams on engineering controls, administrative controls, PPE, and hazard mitigation strategies

Monitor workers' compensation trends and key safety performance indicators

Maintain and oversee regulatory documentation and safety reporting requirements

Collaborate with project management, field leadership, insurance representatives, consultants, and regulatory agencies
