Equity Staffing Group is seeking a reliable and motivated
Warehouse Clerk to support a busy pharmacy distribution operation in
Irwindale, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Order and replenish warehouse supplies as needed.
- Pack medications accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing orders to meet daily shipping goals.
- Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and pallet lifts (training provided).
- Assist with shipping approximately 1,000 packages per day alongside a team of 11 associates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred.
- Pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
