Accurate Colors is a Commercial Painting and Coatings contractor with over 40years in the industry. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, high energy individual to add to our Team. Applicant should be friendly, possess strengths in, attention to detail along with strong people and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate take-offs from plan documents, site visits and specifications
- Communicate awarded project info to field superintendents
- Attend onsite project meetings with clients as required
- Attend office management meetings when required
- Complete open estimate spreadsheet and present at weekly meetings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the commercial / light industrial construction industry is a plus
- Knowledge and or experience in construction Project Management is a plus
- 1 year min requirement with on-screen plan reading, "Planswift or equivalent", Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication, writing and email skills
- Effective time management and logical decision making ability
- Great attitude with a long term career in mind
