Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Med Spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Supervise Med Spa and administrative staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care and service.
- Oversee inventory management of Med Spa supplies and products while maintaining vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in med spa or similar environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with prior experience managing teams in Med Spa
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
