Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cooking, and floor care to maintain a clean and functional environment.
- Execute carpet cleaning and custodial duties as needed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care methods and sanitization processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
