JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for serving guests food and beverage in the restaurant and lounge.
- Must maintain assertive hospitality and up sell customers by communicating thorough product knowledge.
- Assist in taking room service orders by phone at designated station and see that the orders are communicated to room service server.
- Assist in clearing tables to reset for next guest.
- Replenish the entire station for the next shift prior to punching out.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
This position is required flexible weekend schedule including the holidays
Licenses/Certifications:
- CA Food Handler's Card required
- RBS Certification required
Compensation rate: $19 an hour.
