We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized service
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Assist with styling and product recommendations
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor
- Restock merchandise and assist with visual displays
- Open or close the boutique as scheduled
- Work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- Retail experience is preferred; a strong customer service background will also be considered
- Genuine enjoyment of helping people
- An interest in fashion, jewelry, gifts, and home décor is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using a point-of-sale system
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise
- Availability to work a variety of shifts is preferred
