We are seeking a Vendor & Subcontractor Outreach Specialist to support our growing commercial modular construction business. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging qualified subcontractors and suppliers to support modular fabrication, transportation, and on-site installation work.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident communicating with trade partners. This role focuses on outreach and relationship development, not contract negotiation or project management.
Vendor & Subcontractor Outreach

Conduct subcontractor & supplier outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits in our New Holland office & plant

Introduce our company, projects, and vendor requirements

Follow up via phone, email, and meetings to address vendor concerns & generate interest and participation
Relationship Development

Build and maintain a database of vetted trade partners

Serve as an early point of contact for new vendors and subcontractors

Support diversity, small business, and regional outreach efforts where applicable
Coordination & Documentation

Track outreach activity, responses, and bid participation

Maintain accurate vendor contact records and certifications

Coordinate with estimating, procurement, and project teams to align outreach with project needs
Required

2+ years in construction, procurement, vendor relations, or business development

Experience working with subcontractors or suppliers

Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills

Excellent organization and documentation habits

Comfortable learning construction scopes and terminology
