About the Role
The ideal candidate has:
- 6+ years of hands-on residential carpentry experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage crews and coordinate subcontractors
- Proficiency in all phases of carpentry from framing to detailed trim work
- Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and site cleanliness
- Experience delivering high-end renovations on schedule and with precision
In this role, your primary focus will be carpentry. We partner with subcontractors for trades such as plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc., allowing you to hone in on what you do best.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
