What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest who visits Wild Pastures.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
- Guiding guests through the menu and answering questions about our ingredients and offerings
- Accurately taking orders and handling cash transactions
- Ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Delivering a seamless experience from greeting through checkout
- Packaging and verifying orders for accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room and front counter
- Restocking front-of-house supplies and preparing for service periods
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with teammates during busy shifts
- Assisting with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties
- Maintaining a sense of urgency while delivering a high-quality guest experience
