About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is the engine behind our store operations. You're the first person merchandise sees when it comes through the door, and your work directly shapes whether our sales floor is stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the reliability our team counts on every day.
What You'll Do

Manage all inbound shipping and receiving - unloading trucks, verifying merchandise against purchase orders, and flagging discrepancies

Route received inventory to the right place: storage, sales floor, or outbound shipping

Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-safe at all times

Break down and dispose of bales, crates, and packaging materials

Label and mark materials with identifying information for accurate tracking

Make local pickups and deliveries to vendors and customers as needed

Support sales associates by getting them what they need, when they need it
What We're Looking For
Required

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working Monday through Saturday — Saturday availability is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency
Preferred

1+ years of warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience

Forklift certification or hands-on forklift experience

Familiarity with inventory or point-of-sale systems
Store Hours
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
