The purpose of this position is to support the execution of the Email Advertisement Strategy at Primary Arms. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, this role focuses on coordinating, reviewing, and assisting with the execution of advertising campaigns in line with Primary Arms’ overall strategy. This role works closely with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and is instrumental in keeping the advertising process organized and efficient.
The Advertising Coordinator also supports the Director of Merchandising by assisting with the daily scheduling of email campaigns and helping to manage multiple concurrent advertising initiatives. This position offers valuable experience for those interested in advancing within the Merchandising Department and gaining relevant skills
This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours, with some potential for non-standard shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Builds and coordinates weekly and promotional advertisements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product selection, and promotional messaging.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department to track any new regulations that may affect advertising plans.
- Supports the Merchandising Team by helping coordinate and adhere to the advertising schedule.
- Assists the Buying team with planning and coordinating detailed ad campaigns.
- Reviews inventory levels for upcoming advertisements and communicate any shortages to team members.
- Supports process evaluation and implementation of new advertising procedures.
- Assists in creating new advertising programs and strategies.
- Tracks and documents trends within ad campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as required within the Primary Arms team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or email advertising.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while staying flexible, proactive, and resourceful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (advanced skills preferred).
- Adaptability to real-time changes in strategy.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
