Job Description
Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our fast-paced hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.

Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment to support timely food service.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant setting preferred.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.
