MR Planners is looking for hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in residential remodeling. If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'll provide the training.
Working alongside experienced craftsmen, you'll gain hands-on experience building beautiful kitchens, bathrooms, and home remodeling projects while earning a paycheck.
As your skills grow, you'll have the opportunity to earn the prestigious MR Planners Carpenter Certificate and MR Planners Master Carpenter Certificate, with advancement based on performance.
What You'll Learn
- Reading remodeling plans and construction drawings
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Finish carpentry, trim, windows, and doors
- Basic framing and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing connections for sinks, showers, and appliances
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Professional jobsite organization and customer service

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Basic hand and power tools (or willingness to acquire them)
- Physically capable of performing construction and remodeling work
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn
Remodeling or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
1099 Contractor (if applicable): $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
