Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their painting needs for residential, or commercial
- Promote our range of services including construction estimating, restoration, and renovation projects
- Provide detailed explanations of our painting processes, including color theory, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
- Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure customer expectations are met from initial consultation through project completion
- Assist in preparing estimates by applying knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and other construction techniques
- Educate clients on the benefits of various finishes such as airless paint spraying and industrial painting methods
- Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships for future business opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience or familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, or related fields
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques including drywall repair, plastering, caulking, fixture installation, restoration, and remodeling
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, welding equipment, concrete finishing tools, and other construction site equipment
- Strong understanding of color theory and surface preparation processes such as sanding or masonry work
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for estimating materials and costs accurately
- Prior experience in construction site environments or handyman roles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project site visits

Pay: $61,444.11 - $100,000.00 per year
