We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-centered Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent disorders and injuries of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities. - Evaluate and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower leg, including bunions, heel pain, fractures, diabetic foot ulcers, sports injuries, and structural deformities.
- Perform in-office and surgical procedures as necessary.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including orthotic and prosthetic prescriptions, wound care, and rehabilitation.
- Manage acute and chronic foot conditions related to systemic diseases, such as diabetes and arthritis.
- Educate patients on foot care, hygiene, and preventive strategies.
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging, lab results, and other relevant tests.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in practice development, patient outreach, or community education efforts as needed.
