Residential Cleaning Specialist
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This position involves working inside clients’ homes, so professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces
- Organize spaces as needed and follow client requests
- Remove trash and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and represent the company in a positive manner
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Any theft, dishonesty, or intentional damage to a client’s property will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement. Depending on the circumstances, criminal charges and civil liability may apply. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding theft and unethical conduct.
