Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofing Company Branch Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Roofing, with expertise in various areas including Roofing Business Management, Roofing Sales, Roofing Production, Roofing Ventilation, Roofing Materials and safety. The Everett Shop Manager will be responsible for Managing Sales, Production, Customer Experience, Quality Control, and Maintaining a Safe Efficient Work Environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in estimating for projects to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Run sales Appointments as needed
- Maintain inventory of tools, trucks and materials necessary for daily operations.
- Keep all trucks maintained, licensed and insured
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or during projects promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Roofing Management and Sales.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in the roofing industry.
- Proficiency using computers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the Roofing industry.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
