Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Hazelcrest 3 HOA
Responsibilities:
- Enter and reconcile homeowner payments and deposits in QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to homeowner questions by phone, email, and in person as needed
- Assist with homeowner account inquiries and payment issues
- Coordinate with the HOA board and property management on administrative matters
- Maintain organized records and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with financial records
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Previous HOA, property management, or bookkeeping experience preferred
Schedule:
- Part-time (approximately 3–10 hours per week, depending on need)
- Flexible schedule
Compensation:
- Hourly rate based on experience
Pay: $23.49 - $28.29 per hour
