We are hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal who wants to do meaningful work in a professional, high-standard environment where their contribution matters.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:-
Manage family law case files from intake through resolution, keeping matters organized and moving forward

Draft legal documents, including net worth statements, correspondence, stipulations, and uncontested divorce packets

Handle e-filing through EDDS and NYSCEF

Organize client documents, financial records, and case-related information
-
Track court dates, deadlines, adjournments, and next steps across active matters

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
-
Help prepare files and materials, so matters are ready for conferences, hearings, and next steps

Identify ways to improve workflows, checklists, templates, and internal systems to support consistent, high-quality work
Qualifications:-
2+ years of family law paralegal experience strongly preferred

Experience managing case files and drafting documents in an active legal practice

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines reliably and work independently

Calm, professional, and effective communication skills

Comfort with timekeeping, accountability, and structured workflows
