About Florent Labs
Florent Labs is a licensed adult-use cannabis manufacturer (NJ-CRC Class 2) in Roselle, New Jersey. We run hydrocarbon extraction in-house and produce concentrates, live resin vape cartridges, and infused pre-rolls for the New Jersey wholesale market.
The role
We're hiring an extraction technician who has already worked in a licensed lab — someone who can step into production runs in week one, not someone learning from scratch. You'll work across the full production line: extraction support, purging, cart filling, and infused pre-roll assembly.
What you'll do
· Assist on hydrocarbon extraction runs on our closed-loop system (ExtractionTek MEP-30): material prep, column packing, solvent recovery
· Run post-processing: vacuum oven purging, whipping, and finishing concentrates (badder, sugar, shatter, live resin)
· Fill live resin carts on the Vape Jet 4.0
· Produce and pack infused pre-rolls
· Log all work in METRC accurately: tags, weights, waste
· Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to SOP
· Flag equipment issues early and assist with basic maintenance
What we're looking for
Must have:
· 1+ year in a licensed cannabis processing or manufacturing facility
· Hands-on experience with hydrocarbon extraction or post-processing (purging, finishing)
· METRC experience
· Comfortable on your feet in a production environment; able to lift 50 lbs
· Age 21+ and able to obtain NJ-CRC credentialing
Strong pluses:
· Cart-filling experience (Vape Jet or similar automated fillers)
· Infused pre-roll production
· C1D1 booth experience and solvent safety awareness
Pay and schedule
· $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
· Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Roselle, NJ
· Overtime available during production pushes
· Paid time off and holidays
· Growth path into lead technician as the team scales

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
