Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to join our integrative care team. This role is ideal for an NP who values whole-person care, extended patient visits, and a collaborative approach that integrates traditional medical management with lifestyle, nutritional, and complementary therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive integrative assessments, including medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and environmental factors
- Develop and manage individualized, root-cause–focused treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and manage laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Provide patient education on lifestyle medicine, nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, and behavior change
- Support prevention and management of chronic conditions using an integrative, evidence-informed approach
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license or Physician's assistant license in WV
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skill
- Commitment to compassionate, whole-person care
- No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
- Part time with option to add on as clients grow
