Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated Clinical Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping the pediatric population to work in our Nutritional Services Department. The Clinical Dietician provides clinical nutrition services and care to pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and acuity, and counsels/educates patients and their families on specific diets and normal nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:

Performs comprehensive nutritional assessments of assigned pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and acuity levels.

Develops a nutritional care plan based on the findings of the Nutritional Screen and/or Assessment. Monitors/reassesses hospital patients

Supervises the work of the Dietary Clerks, and Volunteers.

Assists with planning the patients’ cycle menu to promote healthy choices as defined by the U.S. Dietary Guidelines.

Maintains inventory of clinical supplies required to provide services. Consults with the Manager as specified.
Required Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian

Dietitian license in state of practice
-
1 year Clinical Dietitian in health-care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Nutrition

Pediatric experience
The pay range for this position is $38.58 - $74.75. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
