Schedule: Full-Time, Second Shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)

Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff

Support mobility and safe transfers

Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records

Provide compassionate, person-centered care
-
Follow all safety, infection control, and care protocols
Required:
-
Active CNA certification (North Carolina)

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
-
Experience in long-term care, ICF, or developmental disabilities
-
CPR/First Aid certification
-
Experience with electronic documentation systems
