WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and more - following recipes, portion controls, and plate specs set by our culinary team.

Set up, maintain, and properly close your station according to restaurant standards, including cleaning, sanitation, and correct product rotation.

Use and maintain all equipment safely and correctly, minimizing waste and following sanitary food handling procedures.

Support the team with kitchen closing duties and any additional tasks directed by the Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2+ years in kitchen preparation and cooking; 6+ months in a similar role preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary degree a plus
Certifications: ServSafe preferred, not required

Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 lbs

Availability for nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Punctual, reliable, honest, and able to stay calm under pressure

Personal hygiene maintained to DHEC and company standards

Reliable transportation required
