Do you love working with kids?
Do you have the energy to lead games, build relationships, and make a positive impact every day?
At Star Martial Arts, we're looking for an outstanding coach to join our After School and Summer Camp team. This is much more than a childcare position. Our coaches help children grow physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally through structured activities, mentorship, and positive leadership.
If you're the type of person who naturally becomes a role model, loves being active, and enjoys helping kids succeed, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but responsibilities include:
- Leading fun, high-energy games and activities
- Building positive relationships with students and families
- Helping create a safe, structured, and engaging environment
- Assisting with martial arts classes and character development lessons
- Supervising students during after school, camp activities, field trips, and special events
- Helping students learn responsibility, respect, confidence, and self-discipline
- Supporting transportation, check-in procedures, and daily operations
- Working as part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference
What Makes This Different?
At Star Martial Arts, we believe structure creates freedom.
We don't babysit kids.
We coach them.
We teach life skills, leadership, confidence, resilience, and respect while creating experiences students remember for years.
The right candidate understands that being a positive role model is just as important as leading a game or activity.
