Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and manage restaurant reservation systems to ensure accurate seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables promptly after guests leave
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently, supporting smooth service flow
- Manage restaurant table management systems such as ResyOS to monitor seating and reservations
Experience
- Previous hosting/bussing experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation management tools and POS systems such as Toast POS or ResyOS is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including clear guest relations abilities
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage seating arrangements during busy hours
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
