Whether you already sell solar or you're an experienced salesperson looking for a bigger opportunity, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their energy needs
- Educate customers on solar, battery storage, and energy efficiency solutions
- Design and present customized proposals
- Guide customers from consultation through contract signing
- Generate referrals and build relationships within your territory
- Work alongside our in-house design and installation teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Sales experience
- Solar experience is welcomed but we will train the right candidate
