Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of experience managing capital improvement projects from project conception, design, construction, to close out.
Five years of experience developing project scope, developing specifications, tracking budgets, establishing contracts, project schedules, etc.
Ability to manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure project scope and milestones are met to the satisfaction of the owner/stakeholder.
Prior experience preparing capital budget requests.
Ability to manage multiple capital improvement projects simultaneously.
Notes:
This position is based in Forsyth, GA at SOSTC in Lies Hall.
Travel to job sites throughout the state of Georgia is required.
Most travel is daily travel, but some overnight travel may be required
