Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Assist customers with retail transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management
- Support banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and basic loan processing
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records using financial software and perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Manage retail math tasks like balancing registers and ensuring cash accuracy at the end of shifts
- Promote store promotions and new products to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Basic math skills including cash handling, cashiering, and retail math proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of banking procedures or financial services is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
