LaSalle Network is hiring a Records Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected organization in Downtown Chicago. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Responsibilities
Handle and process all incoming mail, up to 1,200 pieces weekly
Sort and organize physical and electronic documents from mailboxes and the mailroom
Scan and upload documents into internal systems for distribution across departments
Partner with mailroom staff to ensure accurate and efficient document processing
Route critical documentation to the appropriate teams and maintain proper record storage
Support day-to-day records management and document control functions
Requirements
Previous administrative, records management, mailroom, or document processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable handling high volumes of documents with accuracy
Basic computer skills, including scanning and data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Details
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
