We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff's side) to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support across a broad spectrum of personal injury litigation matters, ensuring smooth case management and efficient legal processes. Your expertise will help facilitate complex legal research, document review, and case preparation, all while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and organization.
Duties
- Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions by organizing case files and key documents
- E-file pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-through
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, disclosures, and discovery requests
- Maintain precise calendaring for all deadlines, court settings, mediations, and depositions-ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Conduct legal research and gather critical information to support personal injury cases
- Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to coordinate case progress
- Prepare mediation packets, deposition materials, and trial binders
- Maintain well-organized case files using document management systems
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to keep cases moving efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a plaintiff’s personal injury litigation paralegal (required)
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional communication skills with clients and legal professionals

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
