Ansonia Property Management strives to be an innovator and leader in property management and as our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will help build our organization! This position is outward facing and internally collaborative, as well as a hands-on, resourceful and goal-oriented team player. This is a full-time, hybrid (approximately 5-7 days/month on site) position, reporting to the HR Director.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes. By collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a seamless recruitment experience, from sourcing and initial candidate engagement to interview coordination and onboarding. This position will also be able to cross train in other areas of Human Resources.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in Property Management.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS and other recruitment/HR software (experience with ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity a plus)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Emotional intelligence — credible, grounded communicator who earns trust of both hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data-driven mindset — uses KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, turnover rates) to drive improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
