Duties
Will train in a wide variety of parent and child prevention skills, assessments, and groups, including but not limited to Parent Café, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution/Peace Learning, Family Violence Screener, and other needs.
Refers and facilitates warm handoffs for clients as appropriate to internal and community resources and services.
Plans and executes compelling outreach and recruitment of clients for participation in psychoeducation.
Documents services provided in accordance with funder requirements.
Collects and analyzes client demographic data.
Coordinates room scheduling, program supports, registration and outreach for psychoeducation classes.
Attends all required funder, agency, and departmental meetings.
Serves as Agency representative at stakeholder meetings and special events throughout community.
Other duties as necessary or as assigned.
