Chubb Commercial Insurance is seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead enterprise quality engineering initiatives and define endtoend testing strategies across commercial insurance applications The role requires strong expertise in test automation application architecture and modern quality engineering practices to ensure scalable reliable and high quality software delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Define overall test strategy and end to end test architecture
Design and implement scalable reusable test automation frameworks
Drive automation strategy across UI API mobile integration database and cloud based applications
Establish and standardize automation frameworks testing patterns and quality engineering best practices
Partner with engineering architecture and QA teams to improve test coverage and delivery quality
Provide technical leadership on complex testing challenges and quality solutions
Support CICD integration and continuous testing initiatives
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of application architecture APIs UI mobile integrations databases and cloud platforms
Proven experience in designing enterprise scale automation frameworks
Expertise in test strategy quality engineering and automation architecture
Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills
Experience collaborating with development architecture and testing teams to drive automation adoption
Familiarity with Agile DevOps and CICD environments
