As a Buyer’s Agent, you will guide clients through the home buying process from consultation to closing while leveraging industry leading real estate training, technology, and lead generation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers to understand goals, timelines, and financing readiness
- Conduct property tours and guide clients through available housing opportunities
- Provide insight on market trends, pricing strategy, and negotiation tactics
- Prepare and present competitive offers in a fast moving housing market
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and lender communication
- Maintain consistent follow up using CRM and database systems
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
