Managing Partner / General Manager – Subway

What you’ll be doing:
Lead day-to-day operations and set the standard for the team
Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
Build schedules, manage labor, and hit budgets
Control food cost, inventory, and ordering
Drive sales through strong execution and team performance
Maintain a clean, fast, and guest-focused environment
Be active on your feet for most of the shift in a fast-paced environment
Lift and carry product, supplies, and inventory up to 30–40 pounds as needed
What we’re looking for:
Management experience is required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results
High accountability and sense of urgency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Pride in building a strong, positive team culture
Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
