Industrial Shadeports is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. We design and build high-quality shade structures for playgrounds, parks, and more.

Manage all phases of construction projects

Lead field crews and oversee job site execution

Ensure safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are met
-
Coordinate logistics, inspections, and final walkthroughs
-
Communicate clearly with crews, office staff, and clients
-
5+ years of construction project management experience
-
2+ years of field supervision
-
Clean Florida driver’s license & reliable transportation (Required)

Able to travel to job sites across Florida

Must pass background and license checks (E-Verify used)

Experience with shade structures, playgrounds, or awnings

Comfort using digital tools (email, photos, scheduling apps)
