We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism in the Austin, TX area.
Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members
For Behavior Technicians (BTs):
Experience working with children is required, such as:
Nanny or babysitting experience
Teacher, teacher's aide, daycare, or preschool experience
Pediatric or healthcare experience
Medical field experience involving children
Passionate about helping children learn and grow
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
Active RBT certification preferred
Experience providing ABA therapy
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Austin area
