Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our patrons in various settings, including restaurants, nightclubs, and catering events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or special functions as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience in food handling within restaurant or fine dining settings is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for managing inventory effectively.
- Previous experience in a nightclub or catering environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
