Location: Owatonna, MN
Wage: $28.00 - $33.50/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours: Sunday 8:00 am – Finish, Monday – Thursday 12:30 pm – Finish (40 - 45 hours per week)

Duties of the warehouse assistant manager:
- Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Lead, supervise, and delegate daily tasks to warehouse team members to ensure maximum productivity
- Maintain precise data entry records and utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to ensure data matches physical counts
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical procedure manuals
Requirements of the warehouse assistant manager:
- 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, supervisory experience, or related field experience required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel applications
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certified, or the ability to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 54 lbs. and push/pull up to 95 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work actively on your feet, including walking, climbing, bending, and twisting for an entire shift
