Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aide to join our team in providing essential care to individuals in their homes or at their facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with various healthcare needs and assisting them in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Provide personalized home care services to patients based on their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform catheter care if applicable
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
Experience:
- Prior experience in home care or caregiving
- Proficiency in patient observation and medical terminology
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful patient care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
VALID CNA LISENSURE IN THE STATE OF VA IS REQUIRED
