This position can help keep your day to day work experience fresh and different and rewarding by visiting multiple different clients each week and helping make a difference in their lives by helping them remain independent and keeping them company while also helping them with daily tasks.
We offer paid, on-the-job training, mileage reimbursement, and provide a variety of services that assist clients with daily living and personal care. This position is very important and can make a difference in someones life. But it does require someone who is responsible and reliable. Requirements:
Basic ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Open Availability (Weekends and some holidays included)
Reliable Transportation
Previous experience in either Medical or Non-Medical In-home care is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide In-home care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors appointments, run errands and grocery shopping
- Provide friendly reminders for prescribed medications
- Assist with clients personal and daily living activities
- Monitor and report any changes to clients behavior or condition
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene activities
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate (preferred but not required)
- First Aid training (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
