Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Special Education Paraprofessional to join our educational team. In this role, you will provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with developmental disabilities, autism, and other special needs. You will assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), managing classroom activities, and fostering positive behavior. Duties
- Support students with disabilities by assisting with daily classroom activities, lesson implementation, and behavioral management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt curriculum materials tailored to individual student needs, including literacy, math, and social skills
- Assist in implementing IEP goals by providing targeted instruction and behavioral support
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
- Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to ensure safety and positive interactions
Experience
- We are happy to provide training for the right candidate. While prior experience working with children is preferred, it is not required. We value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
