Responsibilities:
Have a good understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations applicable to business and individual clients.
- Work closely with teammates and clients regarding tax, accounting and other business matters.
- Work well in a dynamic collaborative team environment.
- Identify opportunities for personal growth and overall firm process improvements.
- Identify and communicate new service opportunities to the management team for new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Current CPA license or in the process of taking the exam.
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, including 2 years with supervisory responsibilities.
- Prior experience with Thomson Reuters software, and/or QuickBooks a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
