Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in various pharmacy practices. This role requires a commitment to patient service, medication management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, to maintain efficient workflow.
- Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical consultations to optimize medication therapy.
- Oversee the compounding of medications, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate inventory management practices, including ordering and stocking medications.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
