Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Part-Time or Full-Time
Prairie Village, KS
Periodontal Care, P.A. is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Prairie Village team. We're open to part-time or full-time and have flexibility in building a schedule around the right person.
We're a privately owned periodontal specialty practice, which means hygiene here looks a little different. Our RDHs work closely with our periodontists, have an established patient base, and play an important role in the long-term care of our periodontal and implant patients.
Never worked in perio? That's completely okay. Many great periodontal hygienists come from general dentistry, and we'll help you learn the specialty side of care.
Why Our RDHs Choose Perio
- More opportunity to focus on the clinical side of hygiene
- Established patients who truly need and value ongoing hygiene care
- Close collaboration with periodontists
- Autonomy and trust as a clinician
- Modern technology, instruments, and clinical techniques
- Opportunities to continue learning and expanding your skills
- A privately owned practice with the resources and benefits of a larger organization
The Role
You'll provide periodontal maintenance and non-surgical periodontal therapy, educate patients on their periodontal health, take appropriate radiographs and clinical records, and collaborate with our doctors on long-term patient care.
We're looking for an RDH who is kind, dependable, clinically confident, and great with patients. You should be comfortable working independently while also enjoying collaboration with your doctor and team.
A current Kansas RDH license or eligibility for Kansas licensure is required.
Schedule
Part-time or full-time.
We have flexibility and are more interested in finding the right RDH than making someone fit into an exact schedule.
Have availability that isn't a perfect match on paper? Apply anyway. We'd still love to talk.
