Bilingual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team in the Rio Grande Valley. This position offers competitive base pay plus performance bonuses based on results, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to earn well above their base salary. Responsibilities
- Call new leads and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Follow up with existing leads by phone, text, and email.
- Qualify buyers and schedule property showings.
- Answer basic questions about properties and owner financing.
- Keep detailed notes and update our CRM.
- Assist with social media messages and Facebook Marketplace inquiries.
- Help organize files, contracts, and client information.
- Schedule appointments and help manage calendars.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks, online listings, and administrative duties.
- Be willing to learn new skills and help wherever needed as our business grows.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning new software.
- Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
- Real estate, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
Compensation
- Competitive base pay.
- Performance bonuses based on lead management, appointments set, conversions, and overall results. This is not a commission-based position.
