This is a hands-on, in-office position supporting both Project Management and Operations across multiple brands under the Liquipel umbrella.

What You’ll Do
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Resource management.
- Track progress and manage risks.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Ensure final deliverables meet required standards.
Operations Support
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and preparing carton markings for production
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized program assets and ensure all deadlines are met
- Conduct detailed artwork proofing for mass production
- Work through established checklists
- Assist in managing compliance documentation with suppliers
- Manage and keep multiple Excel sheets up-to-date
- Uphold overall office organization and operational tidiness
- Assist in shipping samples to internal teams for pitch meetings and presentations

- Previous project management experience (required)
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite (no remote option)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
